Emboodhoo Lagoon Development, known as “CROSSROADS” is a multi-island integrated resort project. Phase one comprises of three islands, namely 178 key Hard Rock, 198 key Curio and Township. CROSSROADS consists of several resorts, marina, restaurants, marine life centre, entertainment areas, retail outlets and water villas. Our provision of full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services and partial post contract Construction Management services covered all aspects of this multi contracted project. Whilst supported by our office in Bangkok, the project was driven by our team based in Male, Maldives.
