We have made good progress on the basement floor level especially with the architectural work such as water leaking rectification, block work and plastering work. MEP works have been slightly slower due to waiting for financial issues to be finalized, aside from the delays we have still managed to complete the ducting installation, cabling, kitchen exhaust sanitary and piping works in the basement.
