This is the first time Nova Group have joined forces with Marriott, who have added their Courtyard brand to this property. With construction started the planned schedule is for the property to be ready and complete in a round 20 months. With Marriott not having a recognized property in the area after the rebranding of their existing property to Avani, this property will be a major factor in the operator’s steps to becoming re-established in area.
